The Bitch Meets The HAG

This is something non RED related but I wanted to get this up here as it is recent post-production work I have done with a different director Elissa Rossati. I personally think she is very talented, as are the people she works with. I am hoping these are the final edits (and that I don't get in trouble for putting these up :P). "Memoirs Of A Bitch" is a bit more on the theatrical meets artsy type piece and "Half A Girl", if I have my facts right, was a combination of Elissa's vision for a music video featuring a very rough song put together by Ben Robinson, which is as he explained to me in not so many words is "a song about an annoying girl" of which he wrote and recorded in a few hours in his living room some time ago. It was also done in conjunction with her (sorry if i get this wrong) not for profit organization she has put together called Focus On Film which is a school to teach kids all about "film'n'stuff". Fun times! Merry xmas everyone !

Lotaluv - The Video

UPDATE: I went ahead and reskinned the bloody player from scratch so now there is a fullscreen button. Sorry that was annoying the fuck out of me!!!

UPDATE 02: ARRGGHH!!!! Posterous strips the full screen function !!! Boooo :( Oh well you can still see it full screen at lotaluv.co.nz. Grrrrr....

UPDATE 03: I managed to get this on a better host which seems to have a better down speed. The one in Texas wasn't cutting it so it's California all the way. Out here all is well until America wakes up, then the speed drops about 600kb/s. Bummer.

So here you have it. This is the completed video and as much as I would like to blabber on about stuff, I think I will let the video speak for itself. I am quite proud of what we all managed to achieve with this video and I just want to take a short second to thank everyone involved!

Lotaluv - Final Post Eve

Things are going well, finally! Well maybe not well, but I am near completion as I am typing this while rendering out the end credits (for the 5th time!), then all I have left is to jam it in and put some music under it. Then I have to get it on line for the concerned parties to sign off on it. Well it's kinda a formality cuz I ain't changing shit! I need my life back!! But if there are any concerns, I will politely inform them that the particular button I need to press in order to carry out said task is currently broken and they won't have anymore available for replacement till after the new year. Now that is tact ;)

Right so then what I have for you in the meantime is some final screen grabs of some of the final graded stuff and some shots of the in "process render" of the end credits. Red... lots of RED!!!


Here is the tally of my logged hours, I am no longer going to keep track after tonight. Hopefully by tomorrow this time, I will have a video for everyone to see....FINALLY!!!!!
